Research-based mindfulness classes for elementary and high school students to cultivate focus and positivity and decrease stress and anxiety.

Mindfulness Fundamentals

Students will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and experience different interactive exercises to be more attune with the present moment in this three-series class. The class will teach students how to stay calm amidst challenges, cultivate patience when they are feeling overwhelmed, and practice kindness to their teachers, classmates and family.

Make it Mindful!

Mindfulness is a practice, and it is important that students receive an opportunity to return to their mindfulness practice on an ongoing basis to integrate them into their daily lives. Each class will focus on a core principle of mindfulness and will incorporate mindful listening, mindful emotions, mindful kindness, mindful gratitude, and more. This class is offered for 10 weeks or full year.
