The Mission Mindful method provides participants with an academic, psychological and practical approach to mindfulness as well as a toolkit of practices to deliver overall well-being, peace of mind and vibrancy.
Introduce: Mindfulness Workshop
In this 60-minute workshop, Ashley will introduce the principle of mindfulness to your team as well as scientific research supporting the role of mindfulness in reducing stress and increasing productivity. This workshop will also include an experiential overview of three different techniques: visualization, meditation and breathwork.
Sustain: Integration Workshops
Ashley will guide your team(s) through a weekly or bi-weekly sequence of mindfulness practices which will give each employee the tools to better identify and manage stress and burnout throughout the day. Given that mindfulness is a practice, the continuum of sessions will reinforce lessons and give employees an opportunity to work through real-life scenarios with Ashley.
Excel: 5-Week Intensive
Ashley will work with your team to dive deeper into mindfulness techniques and experiences. This 5-week intensive will incorporate group work, journaling and mindful movement into the sessions to offer employees more tools to access. At the end of the 5 weeks, employees will have a personalized mindfulness practice that they can utilize at any time throughout the day.
