About Ashley
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” - Wayne Dyer
Ashley is a mindfulness teacher, public speaker and performance coach. She has taught hundreds of people at corporations, schools and non-profits and brings a combination of mindfulness and business practices to each of her sessions. She focuses on balancing inner and outer success, removing fear and emotional debris and adding joy to each day to maximize productivity, enthusiasm and attention.
Ashley worked in the corporate sector for 15 years as a digital marketer, and this experience has given her a deep understanding of the deficit of mindfulness awareness and practices in companies. Having managed multiple teams throughout her career, she has seen first-hand how mindfulness has resulted in a direct correlation between increased focus, enthusiasm, empathy and drive within her teams. From a management perspective, she has seen how mindfulness has resulted in increased retention, decreased burnout and an overall increase in team morale.
Ashley believes that you don’t have to give up something in life to live more of it. The self-realization is simple. The goal is not to have it all: it’s to live it all.
Ashley is originally from Los Angeles and she received her mindfulness certification through MINDFRESH. Ashley is also a certified life coach through CCF as well as a certified master reiki healer. Ashley holds a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and she is a guest lecturer at USC. She currently lives in Manhattan Beach, CA, with her husband.
